Officials are required to contact one of the individuals listed below if his/her partner has not arrived 60-minutes prior to tip-off:

If you are unable to reach any of the above persons, then the Observer or the home team Athletic Director should call official(s) from the Roster provided in the Conference Manual. The visiting teams' coach should be made aware of the situation as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of each institution to notify the supervisor of last minute site changes, game time changes, and/or postponements at least 6 hours prior to game time, the day of the game. This will allow sufficient time for us to contact officials and observers and make necessary adjustments. In the event of postponement, we ask each college to make every effort to speak to someone directly and not leave a message on the supervisor's answering machine or voicemail. We would like to prevent officials and observers from having to travel unnecessarily to a site, particularly in the event of inclement weather. Please note: once the officials are en route to the game site, they have to receive the game fee.
