MACBOA Clinic – September 7, 2008

The MACBOA Basketball Officials Clinic will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2008 at Cecil College, located in North East, Maryland.  We will meet in the Gymnasium. 

Officials/Observers:  The doors will open at 6:00 a.m. for check-in.  The Clinic will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m.  If you arrive late, be prepared to pay a $10 fine

Athletic Directors/Coaches:  The session for Athletic Directors and Coaches will begin at 9:00 a.m.  Please arrive no later than 8:45 a.m.

Hotel:  MACBOA is holding 12-rooms at the Best Western Hotel, located near Cecil College.  If you would like to reserve a room for the evening of Saturday, September 6, 2008, please contact Pat at (410) 287-5450.  Be sure to let her know that you are with the MACBOA group.

Golf:  Tee times have been reserved on Saturday (beginning @ 3:00 pm) and Sunday, beginning @ 3:12 pm.  If you plan to play, please contact me ASAP. 

August 23, 2008:   The following paperwork is required by this date:  Contract,  Administrative Fee ($80.00), and photo.  If you already have a photo on the MACBOA web site, you do not need to provide a new one. 

October 3, 2008:  You must provide the following by this date:  Physical Certification and Proof of Liability Insurance. 

The office mailing address is:  MACBOA, POST OFFICE BOX 98, BRYANS ROAD, MD 20616. 

DO NOT FAX ANY PAPERWORK TO THE MACBOA OFFICE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO DO SO.

No paperwork will be accepted on the day of the Clinic.

The Arbiter:  Please be sure to go into the Arbiter an update all personal information.  Please do not leave any information blank.  Also, you can upload a photo of yourself onto the Arbiter.  It would be very helpful if everyone would take a moment to do this.

Remember that keeping your information up-to-date on the Arbiter is your responsibility.   So please make sure that addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails are current.
